The short version
Visibly Booked is run by me, Matt Beech. I have spent 18 years in digital marketing, getting brands found by the customers who matter to them, first in search, and now in AI. Visibly Booked focuses that experience on one thing: making travel and tourism brands easier for AI to discover, understand and recommend when travellers ask where to go.
The longer version
For most of my career the challenge was the same one, in a different form: how does a business get found by the right customer at the moment they are deciding where to spend their money? I have answered that question for a luxury travel brand competing against far larger operators, for experiential travel companies trying to stand out in a crowded market, and, for the last few years, as the sole growth marketer in a six-person marketing team at a global B2B SaaS company selling event and venue planning software. There, net MRR grew by 74% in 21 months, and I built 89 number-one Google rankings without an SEO agency.
That work taught me that being found is rarely about doing more. It is about being unmistakably the right answer to a specific question: understanding the exact language a customer uses, and making sure the brand is clearly, accurately and credibly present for it.
AI search is the newest and fastest-moving version of that same challenge. When a traveller asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation, the assistant hands back a short list, and the brands on it win the customer before anyone else is even considered. Getting onto that list is a distinct discipline, and it is one I have spent a lot of time learning, testing and building tools around.
Why travel
Travel is where this matters most, and soonest. In the US, 56% of leisure travellers used AI for planning, booking or in-destination help in the past 12 months (Phocuswright, The AI Surge, 1H 2026). A travel booking is a considered, high-value decision where a recommendation carries real weight. It is also a market I know well and care about. I have worked with travel brands throughout my career, and I live in Spain, surrounded by the kind of operators, hotels and experiences this shift affects directly.
How I work
I am one person, not an agency, and that is deliberate. It means you work directly with someone who does the analysis and the work, rather than being passed to a junior team. It means the service is focused on the thing that actually moves the needle, rather than a broad retainer full of activity. And it means honesty: if the free check shows you are already doing well, I will tell you, and if a particular level of the service is more than your market needs, I will say so.
Every engagement starts the same way, with a free look at where you stand.
