Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Visibly Booked collects through this website, why, what happens to it, and the rights you have. I have written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email me at mathewcbeech@gmail.com.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:
- Matt Beech, autónomo (self-employed sole trader), trading as Visibly Booked
- NIE: Y1855293N
- Calle Carlos Domingo 13, 28047 Madrid, Spain
- Email: mathewcbeech@gmail.com
What data I collect
When you request a free AI Visibility Check, I collect:
- your email address
- your brand name and website URL
- your description of the trips or experiences you sell
- the names of your main competitors, if you give them (optional)
- any questions you ask me to test (optional)
- a record of your consent: whether you agreed to the use of your details for the check, whether you opted in to marketing emails, the time you submitted the form, and the version of the consent wording you saw
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address and message.
When you submit either form, I also record your IP address. I use it to stop spam and repeated automated submissions, and it is included in the notification email I receive.
If you email me directly, I receive your name (if given), your email address and whatever you write.
I do not collect payment information and the site has no user accounts.
Why I use it, and the lawful basis
- Running your free check and sending you the report. You ask for the check, so I process your details to take the steps you requested before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Replying to your enquiries. When you contact me, I use your details to reply, as a step you have asked for before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Occasional marketing emails about AI visibility for travel brands. Only if you tick the optional box. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or writing to mathewcbeech@gmail.com.
- Legal and tax records. If you become a client, I keep invoices and related records because Spanish tax and commercial law requires it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Keeping the forms free of spam. Recording IP addresses to limit repeated submissions is in my legitimate interest in keeping the site working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
- Free check data: 12 months from your request, unless you become a client. Then it becomes part of your client records.
- Contact form messages and emails: 12 months from our last exchange, unless you become a client.
- Marketing consent records: for as long as you are subscribed, and for as long afterwards as I need to show that consent was given.
- Client and invoice records: for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.
Who else handles your data
I use these service providers to run the site and the check:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts this website and runs the form handlers, so it processes the data you submit and your IP address.
- Resend (United States) delivers the notification email that contains your form submission to my inbox.
- Google LLC (United States) provides the Gmail inbox that receives those notification emails and any email you send me.
- The AI assistants used for the check: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Perplexity AI (Perplexity) and Anthropic (Claude). To run your check, I send them your brand name, website URL, your description of what you sell, any competitor names you give and the test questions. I do not send them your email address.
This site does not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
All of the providers above are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. Vercel, Resend and Google are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection. The AI providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not loaded from a third party.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
- have your data deleted (erasure)
- restrict how I use your data
- receive your data in a portable format
- object to my use of your data
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it
To use any of these rights, email mathewcbeech@gmail.com. I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es.
