How to choose
Local and specific searches, a wine tour in one town, a particular experience in one area, are winnable with a one-off fix or a short project. Broad searches, "hotels in Madrid", "luxury tours of Andalucia", are contested and need ongoing work to win and hold.
The less contested and more specific your goal, the further down this list you can sit. The broader and more competitive the market, and the higher the booking value, the more the ongoing work earns its place.

Continuous visibility management.
Best for: Hotels and hotel groups, destinations, luxury tour operators and destination management companies (DMCs) competing for broad, high-value searches.
Visibility score: for each question and assistant, you score one point if you are recommended, half a point for a weak mention and nothing if you are not mentioned. The total is shown out of 100.

No guarantees. AI answers vary by question, location, model and time. I report patterns, not guarantees, and appearing in an AI answer is not the same as generating a booking.
The free check puts ten questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. The Snapshot adds further AI surfaces, including Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, a full competitor-gap analysis and your three highest-priority fixes. Essentials corrects what the assistants get wrong and builds the foundations they read. A Visibility Sprint adds content and framing work. Ongoing Visibility continues the work every month. The free check arrives within one working day. A Visibility Sprint is a focused project of four to six weeks. Ongoing Visibility runs for a six-month minimum. For the Snapshot and Essentials, the timing is set out in the written proposal before work starts.
Free check: a report by email with a presence and accuracy check for each question, a visibility score and your single biggest gap. Snapshot: the full diagnostic, your three highest-priority fixes and a 30-minute call to walk through it. Essentials: the corrections and foundations themselves. Visibility Sprint: the work, plus a before-and-after check showing how your visibility moved. Ongoing Visibility: monthly checks charted over time, quarterly competitor benchmarking and a monthly report tying visibility to referral traffic.

Ongoing Visibility has a six-month minimum, then runs monthly with one month’s notice. The free check, Snapshot, Essentials and Visibility Sprint are one-off, with no ongoing commitment.
